I’m Dominique Woolf, a London-based mum of three, with a passion for all things food.
Having grown up in the Middle East with a Thai mother and English father, I’ve always loved exploring new tastes and experimenting in the kitchen.
At the end of 2018 I had my lightbulb moment, and realised food was the passion I wanted to turn into a career. I enrolled on a professional course at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and haven’t looked back.
