Firecracker Paste – Hot, garlicky and aromatic
Exploding with fiery chilis, garlic, tamarind, lemongrass and a citrus zing. My Firecracker Paste is for flavour hunters on the prowl for something to flavour bomb their Asian cooking.
Electrify your stir fry, make a mean marinade or mix with mayo for a dynamite dip.
Nam Prik Pow – Tangy, smoky Thai chilli paste
Rich with tangy tamarind and salty tamari, my Nam Prik Pow! is for flavour hunters on the prowl to add a rounded, mellow heat to their Asian food. Just a dollop will rock your wok, let your ramen rip, and make your tom yummier. Great as a condiment too. My (accidentally vegan) version of Thai Nam Prik Pao!
