A boxing day treat!
Ingredients
- 2 slices good-quality bread, toasted
- Butter or mayonnaise, for spreading

2–3 tbsp Woolf’s Kitchen Tamarind BBQ
- 75–100g leftover roast turkey, sliced or shredded
- 2 rashers cooked streaky bacon
- Small handful lettuce or rocket
- 2–3 slices tomato (optional)
Directions
- Toast the bread slices until golden. Spread lightly with butter or mayo.
- Layer up the sandwich: lettuce, turkey, bacon, and tomato if using.
- Dollop over Tamarind BBQ before topping with the second slice of bread.
- Press lightly, slice in half, and serve while still warm.
Recipe Note
Add optional pickles, cheese or whatever else you fancy.
