Smashed Peas on Toast

A tasty and vibrant alternative to avocado, finished with a drizzle of Chilli Crunch.
Ingredients

100g frozen peas
-
1 spring onion, sliced

2 tbsp cream cheese
-
Good pinch of salt

Sourdough, toasted

Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch, to drizzle
Directions
Place peas in a bowl and cover with hot (not boiling) water. Leave 1–2 minutes, then drain well.
Add to a small processor (or use a hand blender) with spring onion, cream cheese and salt.
Blitz until smooth, or leave slightly textured if you prefer.
Spoon onto hot toast.
Drizzle with Chilli Crunch and serve immediately.
