Here it is, our super speedy Firecracker Prawn Curry! Made with only six ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes, thanks to our Firecracker paste this is the quickest prawn curry you’ll ever make! But fear not, just because it’s a speedy curry doesn’t mean it’s not a total flavour bomb, bursting with spice and deliciousness!
Half a Red Pepper, sliced Handful of Baby Corn, halved diagonally Handful of Sugar Snaps peas 200g raw king prawns Half a jar of The Woolf's Kitchen Firecracker Paste Half a tin of coconut milk Chopped coriander for garnish Slice your red pepper into strips, cut the Baby Corn diagonally and leave the Sugar Snaps whole. Add half the jar of Firecracker paste to a warm pan and let it heat up for a minute. Combine half a tin of Coconut Milk and stir well. Add the veg and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the prawns and allow to cook fully through for 3-4 minutes. Serve up on a bed of rice and sprinkle with coriander. Eat and enjoy!Ingredients
