BBQ steak with Tamarind Ketchup

BBQ season here we come! Tamarind Ketchup is endlessly versatile and SO good with anything on the barbie, especially a BBQ steak.

Just cook up a thick steak, add some homemade oven chips and pour over the sauce. Job done! If you like, you could pile the steak into a crusty baguette (topped of course with the Tamarind Ketchup) for a rather epic sandwich.

Or how about a Thai-inspired salad with leaves, mint and coriander, cherry tomatoes, some finely sliced onion and chopped peanuts. Just drizzle liberally with the Tamarind Ketchup and serve. Now we’re talking.
