Perfect for giving an immunity boost now we’re in winter. Really simple to make and much cheaper than the shop-bought ones!
I like to whip up a big batch and freeze in smaller portions (3-4 days worth) which means I can have a shot every day.
This recipe makes around 30 portions but feel free to downsize if you don’t have the freezer space.
Makes approx 30 servings To serve (for 1) To serve Place 1 tbsp of ginger into a small glass. Add 25ml of good quality raw apple cider vinegar (see above) and top with 10ml (2 tsp) of water.
