Whip up this quick and easy Thai Chicken stir-fry in just 20 minutes! Packed with bold flavours, it’s the perfect midweek meal.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300g chicken, sliced
- 100g green beans, halved
- 3 tbsp Woolf's Kitchen Thai Chilli Paste*
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 50ml water
- Handful of basil leaves
- Cooked rice, to serve

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a hot frying pan or wok.
- Add the sliced chicken and brown it.
- Toss in the green beans and stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Mix in the Thai Chilli Paste, honey, soy sauce, and water. Stir well.
- Add the basil leaves and mix through.
- Serve hot with rice.
