My new range of Asian condiments has officially launched…I’m so excited that my three new babies have finally arrived!
Nam Prik Pow! – tangy, smoky Thai chilli paste (think stir-fries, tom yom and dolloped on top of rice and noodles)
Chilli Crunch – a crispy, crackly chilli oil (super versatile – drizzle over noodles, eggs, linguine, vegetables, or even hummus!)
Firecracker paste – hot, garlic and aromatic (gorgeous stir-fry paste, add a bit of coconut milk for a dry curry, use as a marinade or mix with mayo for a dip)
