Refund policy

At Woolf’s Kitchen, we take great care in preparing and packaging your orders. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Photo or video evidence of the damage
  • Proof of purchase or order details

You do not need to return the damaged item unless requested by us.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.


Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about an item, we are happy to offer:

  • A refund, or
  • An exchange

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items should be returned in suitable, unused condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Arrange collection of the incorrect item and send the correct item, or
  • Offer an alternative resolution where appropriate

We may request supporting photos or information to help review the issue.
