The same delicious Woolf's Kitchen Chilli Crunch, now made with avocado oil in collaboration with Omega Pressery.

Packed with crispy onions, garlic and chilli, this versatile crispy chilli oil delivers layers of savoury umami, satisfying crunch and a gentle building heat. The avocado oil carries every flavour beautifully, creating a rich, glossy chilli crunch that transforms even the simplest meal.

Drizzle it over ramen and noodles, dollop it onto eggs or avocado toast, spoon it over rice and vegetables, or use it as a dip for dumplings. It is also delicious stirred into hummus, marinades, dressings and sauces.
How to use

Stir well before use.

Drizzle over ramen, noodles and stir-fries. Dollop on eggs. Spoon onto hummus. Stir into pasta. Dip your dim sum.

Also delicious on avocado toast, pizza, rice bowls, roasted veg, feta fried eggs, labneh toast, chicken marinades and anything that needs a crispy, salty, spicy kick.

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened and use within 4 weeks.

Recycling information: Rinse, lid on, recycle.
