  • 500g chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats)
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Good pinch of salt

For the glaze:

  • 4 tbsp Tamarind BBQ
  • 2 tbsp honey

To serve:

Spring onion or coriander

Sliced chilli, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pat the wings dry, toss with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  2. Air fry at 200°C for 20-25 mins, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy
  3. Toss hot wings in the Tamarind BBQ glaze after cooking.
  4. Serve immediately, scattered with spring onion or coriander and sliced chilli, if using.
