  • 2 egg
  • 80g feta, crumbled
  • 2 tsp Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch
  • 2 slice sourdough
  • Few slices avocado
  • Spring onions
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a small non-stick pan with a little oil.
  2. Scatter feta into the pan. Spoon Chilli Crunch over the feta.
  3. Let it start to sizzle.
  4. Crack the egg directly on top. Cook until the whites are set and the feta underneath is golden and crisp.
  5. Toast your bread. Add avocado if using.
  6. Slide the crispy feta-chilli egg on top. Finish with spring onions and salt.
  7. Crispy edges. Creamy yolk. Spicy salty base. Unreal.
