Hot + Sour glazed halloumi

Here it is, our sizzling summer halloumi dish!We've discovered a way to totally transform your grilled halloumi this summer. Simply smear our Hot + Sour sauce over each slice like a glaze and sear them to perfection. So simple yet so delicious! A zingy, sweet and spicy delight. Perfect in a salad, wrap, burger or just on its own.

INGREDIENTS

  • 225g of Halloumi
  • Lashings of The Woolf's Kitchen Hot + Sour sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut thickish slices of halloumi
  2. Sear in a hot pan or on a BBQ until golden
  3. Douse liberally with our Hot + Sour sauce whilst it's cooking (making sure to glaze both sides)
  4. Serve up and enjoy!
