Satay BLT on Toast

INGREDIENTS

  •  4 tbsp peanut butter
  •  6 rashers streaky bacon
  •  2 tsp soy sauce
  •  2 tsp honey
  •  2 tbsp Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch
  •  Squeeze of lime
  •  2 slice sourdough or other bread
  •  Handful salad/rocket
  •  2 tomato, sliced
  •  Spring onion slices, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Mix peanut butter with soy, honey and lime and Chilli Crunch
  3. Spread peanut butter mix onto hot toast. Top with leaves, tomato, crispy bacon. Spoon over a little more Chilli Crunch
  4. Optional: finish with spring onions
