Sesame green beans

Green beans are cooked until charred and blistered, then coated in the most heavenly nutty sauce made from tahini, soy, rice vinegar and sugar.

Addictive and delicious. Inspired by my Spinach with tahini sauce recipe in my cookbook Dominique's Kitchen.
