INGREDIENTS

  • 75g smoked mackerel (approx. 1 fillet)
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp kimchi, finely chopped
  • 1–2 slices sourdough or other bread, toasted
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch, to drizzle

DIRECTIONS

  1. Flake the smoked mackerel into a bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese and chopped kimchi and mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon onto hot toast.
  4. Top with sliced cucumber and finish with a generous drizzle of Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch.
