  • 1 tin tuna, drained
  •  2 tbsp mayo
  •  2 tsp Woolf’s Kitchen Lemongrass & Ginger Paste
  •  ¼ small red onion, finely chopped
  •  1 tsp capers
  •  60g grated cheddar
  •  2 slices sourdough

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix tuna, mayo, Woolf’s Kitchen Lemongrass & Ginger Paste, red onion and capers.
  2. Divide between two slices of toast. Top generously with cheddar.
  3. Grill until bubbling and golden.
