INGREDIENTS

  •  1–2 tomatoes (depending on size), grated
  •  1 tsp fish sauce
  •  ¼–½ tsp sugar (to taste)
  •  ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  •  Handful fresh coriander, chopped
  •  1 tin sardines (in oil or water)
  •  1–2 tsp Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch
  •  Pinch of salt
  •  Squeeze of lime
  •  1–2 slices sourdough, toasted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine grated tomato, fish sauce and sugar.
  2. Stir in red onion, coriander and sardines.
  3. Add Chilli Crunch, salt and lime.
  4. Taste and adjust — more lime, fish sauce, sugar or Chilli Crunch as needed.
  5. Spoon onto toasted sourdough and eat immediately.
