The Woolf’s Kitchen Thai-inspired sauces
Being half-Thai, I’ve always had a love of spicy condiments and sauces (I was practically weaned on sweet chilli!). Friends named me the Condiment Queen, and I’ve been known to carry a bottle of Tabasco in my handbag ‘just in case’.
After I had my first child, my Thai aunt would make me and Mr G jars of various sauces – all we’d have to do was grill a piece of fish and stir-fry some veg, and in a few minutes we’d have a sensational dinner. I knew I couldn’t keep such deliciousness to myself, so decided to throw myself in at the deep end and create my own range.
We soft-launched at Ally Pally’s Farmer’s Market in December and the response was overwhelming. Plans for 2020 are being concocted as we speak.

In the meantime you can grab a bottle of tamarind ketchup here.
